It does the job , but it doesn't have buttons to adjust the fan speed but apart from that is all good.

Fan controll is great, it is molex, you may need sata to molex power cable.Standard 4 pin led for a computers rgb do not fit. The rgb connectors are set far back, hard to connect to.
