Will the 11.5 wide be equivalent to a 11 extra wide?

Not sure how that can be compared, but the toe is definitely wide. And with the extra length you should not have any issues. But that’s only a assumption.

If these don't fit right can i exchange them or return them?

As always with Amazon they honored it with no problems sending back the next day.

Are these shoes oil and slip resistant?

No, they are not oil or slip resistant.

No. It is a composite toe. Strong as but lighter than steel toed.
