These veggie burgers are a great option for an evening when you want a filling meal but don't feel like cooking. Very flavourful and easy to cook with a crispy outer texture. You don't have to deep fry. Can cook it with a light drizzle of oil in a non stick on low heat instead. Don't forget that these should never be defrosted but cooked straight out of the freezer so that it doesn't break up / crumble.
