Unfortunately upon receipt of the printer it was found that it will only copy and print with no scan or fax option available. I have had my IT group involved to set up the scan option to no avail. We have had this unit for a month without being able to scan that first page. Then we learn that there is not a portal to plug in the fax even though on the HP website and the instruction booklet for the model purchased there are instructions for the fax option of this unit. A lot of money spent for a glorified printer and copier. Disappointed in this product is an understatement.

**Q: Does this printer come with all 4 toners?**
A: Yes - the printer comes with starter toner cartridges. They were good for about 5,000 pages or so. Replacement cartridges are good for 15 - 30,000 pages.

**Q: Is this a brand new printer in an unopened box? Does it com with the full hp warranty as it would when buying directly from them?**
A: It does have the HP warranty paperwork with it.  It was brand new unopened in the HP packaging.  Great printer, scanner and fax.  Replaced my HP 3530mfs.  The most expensive part of these printers are the refill cartridges.  I also ordered the extra 500 sheet paper tray.

This printer was advertised to print copy, scan and fax. Unfortunately upon receipt of the printer it was found that it will only copy and print with no scan or fax option available. I have had my IT group involved to set up the scan option to no avail. We have had this unit for a month without being able to scan that first page. Then we learn that there is not a portal to plug in the fax even though on the HP website and the instruction booklet for the model purchased there are instructions for the fax option of this unit. A lot of money spent for a glorified printer and copier. Disappointed in this product is an understatement.

Awesome printer. I work in a small office and this device has made everyones life much easier. Heads up though, you much purchase the optional "HP Jetdirect 3000w NFC/Wireless Accessory J8030A, HP Jetdirect 2900nw Print Server J8031A" if you want to have wireless networking. This accessory is an extra $59, which I found to be a little ridiculous considering the price of the printer itself.
