I would give this Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding ROLL a 10 star review if I could. To be clear, I had never heard of moleskin before a couple months ago. When I saw someone on a FB group talk about using it, I had to give it a try. My wife like full days out that require a lot of walking and standing. But I walk away - literally - from every single such day with blisters in several places on each foot. A painful experience that makes the rest of a trip, or just simply walking, very painful. So we decided to give this Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding ROLL a try and we are SO glad we did1 I will NEVER spend a long day out again without wearing it. It is easy to cut and figure out how much and in what shape is needed - though for this process I had my wife do it so it would work better than my trying the same. Easy on as well, it lasted a full 10+ hour day that consisted of extensive walking around a theme park, return, standing, several environments without rolling or pulling away, or dislodging from my feet. Note the side of my foot, post day out. I had on ankle high socks, so those helped to keep them clean, but I have used bandages in the same way only to have them pull off, roll off, or in some way detach. In this case, these Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding strips stayed firmly and comfortably in place. And underneath? My feet were flawless. Note the photo of a previous blister on my toe. Note the toe itself is a normal, natural pink - not the traditional bright red and bubble such a day out would cause. That previous blister is still in great shape as it continues to heal without any further damage or rubbing. In other words, this Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding ROLL worked 100% and I am sold! I will NEVER go anywhere for a longer period of time or standing WITHOUT Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding again!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased Dr Scholl's moleskin for years. As a blister sufferer while hiking, this is an essential product for me to have in my pack at all times. - works well to prevent blisters when applied before activities - provides coverage for already compromised areas - when applied to dry skin, it sticks well and does not move around. It become softer as your skin heats it and you don't even notice you are wearing it. - I love this specific product because of the large amount of moleskin in the roll. You can cut it in all different shapes and sizes. I will continue to purchase this for years to come.

Relieved pain and discomfort on my heel after my new shoe’s created a blister.

It works for what I purchased this for. It doesn't stick to skin if you have lotion on. I had to wipe down the area with rubbing alcohol before the adhesive would stick. I needed it for the backs of my heels in a certain pair of boots and it helped prevent the rubbing that had been hurting my heels. Overall pretty good.

This is the go-to product for this use. I have tried other brands which lack the thickness as this product. I traditionally do not use this directly on my skin as I have seen a lot of people do. Instead, I normally put it on hotspots of my shoes or sandals like the heel and on straps. The product lasts long and despite heavy use. I have used this product on a Washington D.C. trip that middle school kids go where you can easily walk 10+ miles a day in hot and humid weather. Normally I put it on and forget it. I have rarely needed to replace it once applied. I keep these handy in my EDC bag, my vehicle, and my RV/Camping gear as you never know when you may need it. My wife also uses this product on her cowboy boots. Although this cost more (twice as much product as others), it's worth the cost. Don't be like me and be halfway through a hike and wish you didn't have to stack a cheaper version of this because you're starting to get blisters. Overall, great product. I would recommend. This product is pricey compared to others offered, so value is in the middle.

(1) ACTUALLY STICKS: I haven't ever found tape that sticks well enough to protect my feet throughout an entire day of wearing heels! Other similar products always fell off after a couple hours, particularly if I sweat at all. However, this tape is able to stick no matter what. (2) THICK: This product is thick enough to actually protect your feet from blisters, but is thin enough that it doesn't affect your ability to still fit in your shoe. I find that it actually helps my heels fit better since it fills in the extra space in your shoe. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * CONS: (1) CUT TO SIZE: The major negative about this product is that you have to cut adhesive strips to size. However, if you need to apply the tape on a couple different places, its somewhat helpful to not have precut strips since you can make sure that you get the size exactly correct. (2) COLOR: The tape is somewhat tan. So if you have fair skin, you will need to make sure that you place the tape so that it doesn't stick our of your shoes. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * OVERALL: This is an amazing product and I will be ordering it again. It's the only adhesive tape that I have ever found that actually sticks to my feet well enough to product me from blisters and cuts. [Its worth noting that others might find this product sticks too well, because when you pull it off, you will feel some discomfort. However, I wear heels to work and walk about 3/4 of a mile to my office--so that products durability is perfect for me.]

This stuff was a lifesaver when we rode motorcycles from CA to TN. My sunglasses were cutting into my nose and a tiny, random, hole in the wall general store in Mitchell, OR happened to have this sheepskin padding. Shout out to the clerk who suggested it, I wish I knew her name! Worked like a charm (wasn’t the prettiest accessory but I didn’t care). Useful for lots of reasons! Photo evidence included.

Same old good stuff. Thick and sticky as should be. All other are thin and don't stay put. I'm pleased to find quality for a change. Hope you experience the same. I only use this rarely so don't buy often. Your mileage may vary.

J'utilise ce moleskin depuis quelques années et ne le trouve plus en pharmacie dans ma région. Parfait pour "casser" une nouvelle chaussure sans ampoule ou inconfort, se coupe à la grosseur requise, colle bien à la peau sans irritation. A aussi sauvé plus d'une longue marche! Ravie d'avoir pu remettre la main sur cette merveille!

I needed this to protect the back of my feet from new shoes. This did the job perfectly.

Having had the back of my ankle flayed when walking in a new pair of shoes for a few miles I bought some of this to try and prevent a repeat when I knew I would be wearing said shoes again. Was able to walk without issues and in great comfort, despite the fact I could see the abraision on the material when I took the shoes off later at bedtime. Sticky and as its a roll can be cut to whatever size or shape you want I would imagine it would great at preventing blisters as well as my issue of protecting my still regrowing skin from any more damage.

I bought an expensive and cushy pair of floaters and they would rub against the back of my ankle and pinch. It would also create blisters. I bought this and stuck a piece of it on floater where it touched the back of my ankle. No problems now and it even absorbs some sweat, so no blister issues. Very happy. Thanks!

Great product. Great price. Also couldn't buy it from any chemist. Works better than the round corn covers for under your feet.
