Great cheese, but pricey
I love the flavor of this cheese. It is truly fantastic, but it's too pricey for me. I use a lot of cheese. We do Caesar salad at least once a week, pasta too. For the same price I can get nearly 4 times the weight at the same price. Much younger cheese of course, not nearly the same flavor, but four times the cost, that's a big difference. I'll probably buy it again in the winter and use it on special dishes only, but I can't afford to use it as my everyday cheese.

Great job with shipping
Ordered for the guys at Christmas. They all LOVED the flavor. I was a little worried about shipping this across the country but it was packed so well there was still ice in the ice pack when it arrived! I will order those again in the future.

Tastes like real Pecorino Romano
Fake variety sucks bad. The genuine article is wonderful.

Good but no label?
My first time trying the Fulvi brand Pecorino Romano, but this batch arrived with no rind on the cheese or identifying mark other than a printed label on the bag. So hard to tell if it’s genuine. Wedges looked like they’ve been “put together”. Flavor and texture is good, comparable to Locatelli, which I’ve always used.
