I really like this belt. I am 79 and I wear this whenever I am doing lifting or strenuous work. My back hurts me a lot and this belt helps me hold my back up straighter and keeps it from hurting me so much. It is really a lifesaver for me because of my age and back problems,

This was purchased for adjustability and support and it has definitely lived up to that.

Use mine for golf and my wife uses hers for house work. I have lower L-4/L-5/S-1 back issues and have used several belts/braces over past 10-15 years. This one is easy to put on and take off, I was it in cool/warm water with Dawn but "always" put an undershirt on, even in hot Florida weather so the Velcro does NOT snag my expensive golf shirts, especially the polyester ones. Not bad on 100% cotton. Only put on over T-shirts when working in the years. Also great for just overall support when your back is tired. PS I was told to quit sports and golf almost 15 years ago and between PT and these belts I'm playing twice weekly at 82 years of age............well, playing at it anyway :)

I took some time before I wrote this review. I wanted to make sure that it would be informative and helpful about the product to others. I'm a 6'2 male, 250 pounds with a 42+ inch waist. When I first got this product, I tried it on as I ordered based on the size chart and it fits, so kudos on that. Before actually using this product I rinsed it water making sure I followed the directions given with respect to washing this product. I found that air bubbles appeared and the fabric surrounding the brace moved and lifted easily (can be seen in one of my photos). While doing physiotherapy, I had it on and it gave some added support and also helped stave off discomfort during the exercises that caused some distress in the affected area. When the brace was off I noticed the decrease in support for my back. There were times I put it on loosely and it rode up, however once I took the time to carefully put on the brace it stayed pretty much in place. However I also found that the brace started to separate and there were gaps in it. Thus decreasing it's ability to do the task required as good as I would like. Showed my therapist and she was quite alarmed. Does it do the job: Yes, somewhat, so I'd give 4 stars for that Will it last: Does not appear, so I'd give 1 and a half stars for it's durability Overall feeling: Disappointed in the products durability but even in this deteriorative state, it still gives a semblance of support. Had a video but could not get it posted.

Great back support. I can wear it for several hours without any issues.

I order this back Brace and I am very happy with it. The first time that I order the medium. The second order I purchased the Ex-large to wear during my workout at the gym. Now I just wear the smaller size around the house and when I am outdoors doing my weekly yard work.

Comfortable fit, stays in place. No noticable difference in pain.

Absolutely amazing product. Really pleased with the way it keeps my back warm and relieves the pain. I can move around a lot more and very impressed. Highly recommend product.

I use this product when I need that extra support on my lower back. Worked very well for my situation. Nice to have the support for my lower back within my reach when i need it.

I can't believe how quickly Copper Back Brace began to work. The gentle support and warmth were amazing.

Maybe others will have differing experience, but whilst it keeps you warm, it didn't make a huge beenfit for my wife. It is very subjective though and someone with a different back issue may be hugely helped by this.

do not waste your money this product does not support anything it is to flexible and slippery it moves around and folds on its self
