Made from a better material that does not flatten out with weight bearing, the heel lift keeps its shape better than other 'wedge' style heel lifts. Features a flat adhesive bottom surface so they can be firmly placed inside your shoe and a top sided 'lip' to keep the heel in place and prevent forward slipping. This heel lift can be used under one foot to balance unequal leg length or to treat pain in the lower back, hips, or knees from leg length differences. Heel lifts can also be effective treatments for Achilles tendonitis, Achilles tendon injuries, or to relieve calf muscle tension, strains, and pain. Some people even use them as a way to get taller!
