I decided to try these tablets instead. The pamphlet of directions has small red print on a pink and white background and is difficult to read. Be sure to read the "helpful hints" section. I'm glad I read this since whole milk is best and make sure it is not ultra-pasteurized. Many milks today are ultra-pasteurized and this will prevent the custard from setting.
