Easy to plug in to a USB slot and to remove, which being so small i thought maybe an issue as theres not a lot to grab onto, but the end is slightly curved which allows you to get a good grip. Im not sure how the speed compares to other USB 3 devices as this is my first one, but compared to my other USB2 devices this works a lot quicker in both reading and writing.
