I do what it says, fill it up halfway to 75% full with water. The cubes are so so so easy to pop out. It's such a great tray. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: do the lids leak?**
A: The lids, when clear, do not leak ( but I have never tried to turn them sideways).  After freezing, some ice builds up in the lid channels and this can cause them to sit crooked, causing leakage.  I just make sure to rinse the ice off before putting them on the trays and into the freezer.

**Q: "Recommend boil the ice cube trays for 30mins or a few hour when first use." How toxic are these things?**
A: I didn’t do it and they worked fine. Mine were not toxic.

**Q: Who is this manufacturer?  I cannot look them up.  Is the tray made in China?**
A: Yes,It is made by Amytor and from China.

**Q: I didn't receive the covers for tbe trays . Whe re can i get them ?**

These are such good ice cube trays. They are plastic and silicone melded together. The bottom is silicone and too part and cover are plastic. I do what it says, fill it up halfway to 75% full with water. The cubes are so so so easy to pop out. It's such a great tray. I don't have to worry about bending it or trying to dig it out with my fingers or nails. I highly recommend these trays and they are an absolute steal for the price and you get two! I love them!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the silicone release but not completely mess free with the lids

I use these to make lemon and lime juice cubes. They freeze well and I love how easily they pop out with the silicone bottom. Having the lid is great but it's not fool proof with some leaking, which means a bit of a sticky mess when it comes to freezing juice cubes. It would probably seal better if the plastic was more flexible or was also silicone. They have a great look and size but could be more practical in that way.
