If your intended use is landscape lighting and you're using mr16 or other lamps, you don't have to use a "driver", as they'll work fine on 12v AC OR DC, so a pool light transformer that puts out 12v AC like "Intermatic" brand would be cheaper, more durable, and still be dimmable. Usually 100w and 300w sizes available at a local electrical supply warehouse or pool supply store.
