I was searching for this exact book and two others showed up and from the reviews on those they were not what you would expect it to be. Elf is my favorite movie and i watch it all year long. I love books and wanted to have this to read to my sons, found it here for cheaper than thriftbooks, it arrived on time and in obvious new condition and had that lovely new book smell. I love the illustrations on both the front and the back. The story is a tad different than the movie and i dont feel as though they ruined anything, Its a great buy and kids will want to read it all December! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #13,866 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #231 in Children's Christmas Books (Books) #1,358 in Children's Humor | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 out of 5 stars 3,035 Reviews | ## Images ![- Elf: The Classic Illustrated Storybook (Pop Classics) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-F-Lo8xfL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Media Format** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buddy the Elf What’s Your Favorite Color? *by M***S on July 14, 2026* Bought this with an Elf plushy for a sweet little girl I know! What a fun gift! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love *by A***R on December 19, 2020* Im so happy that i went with this book. They’re elementary aged. Seeing them snuggled up on the couch older one reading to younger one and acting out the speech bubbles is priceless. They know the movie well and do not say anything about missing every single detail from the movie. They instead focus on the part when Buddy leaves the North Pole and have Mr. Narwhal’s voice down pat. Then, they enjoy reading the story verbatim as Buddy tells his story… they just giggle and enjoy the giant book in their tiny little hands. The laughter and cheer this book brings is beyond words. If you are seeking a sweet story for Christmas snuggle time, this is it. If movie-perfect illustrations and storyline details need be present, this is not it. It is just right… for us. ## Frequently Bought Together - Elf: The Classic Illustrated Storybook (Pop Classics) - How the Grinch Stole Christmas!
