Thick
Product flavor is good. However when chilled for shave ice use, it’s too thick and a problem squeezing it out. Can this be thinned with water or other ingredient?

Dissatisfied with the how the syrup leaked all over the inside packaging
I disliked that my container leaked out all over the package there was tape all over the cover! My other Tea Zone products came in a box with bubble wrap!

Smells platic
Got this yesterday and tried it mixing with ice water. The flavor is like plastic, not tasty at all. I wish to return but they dont accept.
