I stopped using it because I couldn't get any replacement electrodes for it. At least none at a reasonable price.A couple months go by and my wife is complaining about my snoring again, so I got online again to try to track down the pads. I can get a 3 pack for $15 plus $5 shipping (approx) or I can pay $25 and get a whole new device, which comes with 3 electrode sets in it. Since it's plastic anyway, I figure it'll break soon enough, so I ordered the whole thing again to give me the electrodes and a backup device. Hopefully someone will realize this is ridiculous and start offering the electrodes at a decent price before I run out again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Behavior Modification that can work. *by E***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 21, 2015* concept is that after 4 noises of a certain amount it emits an electric stimulation that the person can use as a cue to let them know they are snoring. if you know your snoring you can work on stopping. the problem is that the mind has been able to tune it out to a point that many people don't even think they do in fact snore... since this bring it back to the realm of attention you can work in stopping to snore.I really like the dial that adjusts the stimulation... all the way from a light tingle to a very noticeable spasm I suggest the conducting jell because the shocks are much more gentle.Don't expect this to work instantly. it is a training device. it takes time to be aware and remove snoring. ### ⭐ Does not work *by E***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 12, 2012* I bought this product thinking it would help my snoring problem and preventing my gf from waking up in the middle of the night to put on ear plugs. However, just after 1 day of using this product, I figured this product was very uncomfortable to use let alone work at all. For one, you would have to sleep with no covers over yourself - this means it is cold at night and you want to cover your whole body (excluding your head) this device would not work because the covers would somehow "filter" your snoring making it useless. With this being said, the only position you can sleep is flat on your back, you would not be able to sleep sideways unless your hand is positioned ackwardly so that the device mic is free from any obstruction. The instructions that came with it also says that it recommends that there shouldn't be any noises from a/c, heaters, etc. because it will throw off the device. To sum this up, for this to work you would have to sleep completely flat, can't move around otherwise theres a possibility you're obstructing the device mic, and when you sleep it has to be completely quiet (free from external noises other than your snore).
