The grease drip pan is made of stainless steel and has no handl, so you better make sure the grease is completely cooled before trying to remove! There is no wind break underneath to divert flames away from underneath, should a breeze pick up while grilling. My husband had all the hair singed off of his arm while grilling due to flames blowing out from underneath! I contacted the seller on these issues and I they said was that I just needed to get used to using it! Also beware if you need to send it back. It will cost you $350!
