The SD card reader on the MacBook Pro 2015 is capable of a maximum data transfer speed of up to 480 Mbits/s.. It is not capable of reading UHS-II SD memory cards at speeds of 150MB/s or 300MB/s.

MLPM is for Micro SD cards. MLP is for regular size SD.
