Mine does not have that** A: Company says this window doesn’t come with the d bulb seal, only their larger-size window, even thiugh the instructions for this (smaller) window say the seal is included. **Q: Could I mount this window rotated 90Β°, with the 22 inches along the bottom?** A: This is a federally controlled escape window.
