Will this product work for Caucasians who have colored treated hair

Yes. This is for anyone who might have a itchy scalp regardless of texture or race. I'm white with coily hair and it's amazing. It also works for my roommate with thick but straight hair.

Mine arrived without a safety seal or cap on the bottle. Anyone else experience this? I see customer pics with at least a bottle cap.

Mine did not have an additional cap or seal. I don’t believe it is designed for one. I agree it’s a lousy design/container without instructions for correct use. I cut my tip off bottle leaving a to large of a tip and no way to close. Good product lousy container!

Is the scent suitable for men?

The scent is suitable for men. It is for the scalp to smooth it out and control the itch. It will be ok and I bought it too for my mom scalp itch.

What can i use on gray locks

Oils help soften the gray hair because the texture might be a little different from your regular color hair. You can use a rinse or semi color. Get with a beautician for more options.
