It works a lot better than the backup that comes XP. A couple things I don't like though. On every drive it puts a folder named Bun5 on them. I think it's for drive ID info but don't see why it needs to do that. I think it would be better if the software stored that info in the install folder. I have seen some complaints about a Bun5 folder being written to a blank CD/DVD. I haven't checked yet to see it does that to mine.On my first system image restore and at the end of the restore, it had a "Run Check Disk" option. I did and after check disk ran, it froze the pc. Chkdsk said it was trying to write a log file but couldn't write it so it crashed. I turned the pc off and it started up on the restored drive. Something not right but I don't know what.Other than that, it works very good so far. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware!!! *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2015* Not happy with the product at all. First, I did try contacting customer service before writing this review. I tried their customer service number for two days without anyone even answering the phone! A major part of the software would not work at all, the Drive Based Backup. As a test, I tried restoring a file form a backup made using a different method. Each time I tried to run the restore, the program stopped working. What good is a backup if you can't restore from it? I've already deleted the product from my computer! I'm returning the product today! This software caused me to experience the horrible "Blue Screen" memory management error many times each day. Finally solved the problem by uninstalling it. Just to be sure installed it on my laptop and had an immediate repeat. Uninstalled it and problem has not recurred.
