I love the size, fit & convenience. It's easy to utilize on the go, as I'm biking. It's easier when walking or hiking for ease of use. Straps are comfortable & adjustments are a whiz. The first sip is usually tepid but then it's always cold, which was unexpected but amazing in the hot, humid summer weather in Florida! It's tepid due to water left in the nozzle. It's easy open & close. The mouth on the pack is VERY large & you can even add ice if you wish, which I have at times! It has never leaked, tore or not performed as it's intended use. Others have said "you get what you pay for". IDU this reasoning, as some things that are exorbitantly priced doesn't automatically equate with quality. In this instance, I don't feel the need to spend outrageous money for an item that may or not function as well as this one, for it's price point. And I got it on sale!
