I just went out and a bought a 7-day treatment of whatever they have at the drugstore, just for the applicators. Or you can buy just one, and wipe it with alcohol each time. I don't like sticking my fingers up there, so I need an applicator. Refrigerating the suppositories is a good idea too, since they soften quickly, and can start to melt while you put them in the applicator. **Q: How long do you leave the suppositories in for?** A: Indefinitely. It absorbs and the excess leaves via discharge the next day.
