If that's the case, the 1st and easiest thing to check is remove the battery, plug the unit in (as if you were charging the battery) and, with a volt meter, check for 12VDC at the battery leads. If you are getting 12vdc, the battery is likely bad. If you aren't getting 12vdc, the charging unit has gone bad. I don't know much about that particular unit but if you UNPLUG THE POWER CORD, you can see if this unit has a fuse somewhere (if you're lucky - it could just be a reset button or switch somewhere on the back of the unit or inside).
