Great for finger extension exercises
I am a home health therapist and this is good to use with my hand helper exerciser or alone for hand exercises to resist finger extension with stroke patients.

Good for the purpose and price but at the end of the day they are just a bag of various rubber bands

I like that it is colour coded for strength as well as band width and two sets. What I would like to know is lbs or kg strength along with light, med, heavy resistance to provide an accurate reading. Great service, product arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you.
