The average temperature of hot coffee or tea is usually about 175-195 degrees. So I would wait and give it some time before taking Probonix. Probonix won't activate until it reaches your intestinal tract, but if it is immersed in a liquid above 110 degrees, it could destroy the healthy probiotics before they can do your body good. The intestine is where it activates and destroys mold toxins, bad bacteria, and replaces your healthy bacteria. **Q: What is the difference between the women's and adult's bottles? i just need digestive support, so i want the better option.** A: The women's Probonix is an 8 strain formula that is specially formulated with strains that research has shown to be beneficial for weight loss and specific digestive and health issues for women.
