We use them for camping, trips to the pool and just carry it in our car (we've used to help our stroller and ourselves during a walk in the rain). They dry very easily which is very nice to be able to use them again the next day even in our humid climate. Getting them back in is easy you just have to remember to to do halves everytime till you roll. The only complaint I would have is the amount of paper it comes with, really it never ends!
