First of all this is not the stapler I have. Mine is electric. I love this stapler and I use the same kind iof staple in my electric one that I have used in all my previous staplers. The ones I have been using is a Standard staple, 5000 chisel point staples in the box from Bostitch. The box does not give size like in your question. The box simply says use in any standard stapler.
