Edges can be a bit scratchy but nothing to uncomfortable. I only wish they had assorted colors. It only really works with a white shirt.Me 19 to 20 inch neck, but a trim fit in the stomach and waist. Before I had to buy shirts that looked a circus tent. Now I can buy 17-1/2 trim fit shirt and take off my suite coat if needed.
