EWP has improved my workouts tremendously. I have much more energy to get through. I take this, and within 20-30 minutes, I feel the boost. No longer struggling to get through my third or fourth sets. I want to keep going. Love this stuff. Bc of work, I fit my workouts in during the evening. I take EWP around 6. I have, on several occasions, had issues sleeping. Not surprised there. I do get the face tingles. Some headaches. Depending on what I eat, I do get an upset stomach, but I work through it. The flavors...oy..gag. I just barely get through drinking it. I am not a green apple or orange flavor person. I can't wait until a new flavor comes out. It got three stars because it does what it says it should. Gives you complete energy and focus, but for me that also came with a massive headache at the end of the day and the urge to throw up. However, upon receiving it I thought I got the wrong product. The packaging was the same (green apple) but the powder was red-ish and the taste seemed like berry. However, when I reached out to Run Everything Labs this was their response: "The color of EWP has changed, we started using an non bleached beet root extract which is why the color is now reddish, but the flavor should not have changed."So that explains the color change and for the taste, I think it actually tastes better!
