Fantastic quality, and some useful and unexpected features. The storage tray has a little reservoir for you to pour your alcohol in, so you can soak the rollers before and after use, which is cool, but what's even better is that it has little notches in the sides that FIT the roller heads exactly, and hold them in place while soaking. AND it comes with a little silicon lid to put over the reservoir so that you can keep the alcohol to use next time.On top of that, one handle fits all the rollers (NOTE: TWIST THE HANDLE TO REMOVE THE ROLLER HEAD....instead of just yanking on it like I did!)The silicon scrubber head is fantastic tool in itself, and I've ended up using it every day in combination with my regular cleanser.I can't speak to the effectiveness of derma-rolling as a whole, as I've not had the kit very long and have only used it once. When I got the box, I thought the 12 needle piece was missing but it's under the main piece (see pictures). I have only used it once so it's too early to notice the effects but there's wide evidence that derma roller can help with these. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product for its value.
