Got in touch with customer support they had me make several checks/tests and said I needed a new remote so I purchased a new remote still nothing completely unresponsive. Customer support said it was a bad new remote, they sent another new remote to me. Still nothing. I sent everything back and wired in 4 reversing toggle switches and everything works as it should. It specifically says in the product description that a remote IS included. Very deceptive IMO. If you are replacing an older logic board the old remote will in all likelihood not be compatible....like mine. So plan on spending at least another $200 for the remote. I can't speak to the functionality of this board since I'm waiting for the new remote.
