The remote that was sent with the fan upon purchase does not work. It has been over a month now without a response. Please do not purchase. If anything is wrong at all with the fan, I would suggest returning it for a full refund. I have never and am not one to make or file complaints but had to on this one. I even advised that if I did not hear back I would write a bad review. I just wanted a remote. Only writing the review because now I have a ceiling fan that does not work to it's full capacity. It gets hot, but no fan. The internet/bluetooth portion does work. I spend 192.00 for this product which is a lot of money to not have the fan work to it's full capacity. The company is not honoring or standing by their mission listed in their brochure.
