Awesome idlis
Very authentic rice idlis .Best instant idlis .sponge like idlis . even if you grind at home and ferment the batter may be you will not get such spongy idlis.taste is well awesome

Something not right
I've been a regular user of this Idli mix but the last 2 orders turned out to be a manufacturing defect...I've been using the mix for IDLI and also for Uttapam but the batter sticks to my new non stick pan ...earlier this wasnt an issue......Change of formula OR ingredients changed.. Salt level has also increased...VERY SADLY my loyalty towards the brand has been shattered.
