Buy it & try it - this is a miracle worker for me! I had to switch from Eidon brand because they changed their 18 ounce bottle dose of Magnesium from 80mg per Tablespoon to 8mg per Tablespoon (worthless at that low dose) and the Eidon concentated formula was too expensive per dose. I was desperate to find something new because of excruciating muscle pain and cranky mood. I found this and decided to give it a try - so thankful I did. As soon as it arrived (next day delivery) I took one dose and within 15 minutes my muscles started relaxing. Within the hour I was completely relaxed and felt much better physically and mood wise. This worked way better and faster than Eidon. This is also a much greater value for the money because of the higher amount of Magnesium in a much smaller dose - 150mg per 1/2 teaspoon. The taste was as expected and not an issue for me when taken as directed in a flavorful beverage of choice. I'm looking forward to trying their other supplements. Infinite thanks to this company for making such a fine quality product - you have a customer for life!
