However, this one seems to be a winner for the first half of the book. Although I know that yoga and Tai Chi are ways to meditate and have other's get mentally out of their head, as a therapist there is not much I can do in that department. I wish there were more tangible exercises that I can do with my patients instead of the yoga and such. Although with that being said, there are some awesome exercises that I will do with my patients from this book.
