## Questions & Answers

**Q: Please advise what is the size of the complete deck, can only find dimensions for running area in description?**
A: After measuring  i get 45/46 inches long from top to bottom

**Q: can you program it, or do you just have manual control or the 3 presets?**
A: This is an excellent treadmill. but not programmable. Other than the 3 pre-sets, you can set the speed from walking to running, but this has to be done before every session, as it reverts back when you switch off. Hope this helps.

**Q: How do I get the distance to work**
A: If you press the yellow "mode" button you can scroll across the options above the digital display...if you then select scan "the 1st red light above digital display" this will automatically scroll across all functions 
speed...distance....calories burnt etc:

**Q: Where do i put the lubricant in this machine as i have lost instructions**
A: Lift the belt , apply lubricant to the under side of the belt . Work from the edge to the centre of the belt ( left and right sides of the belt ) . Apply lubricant from top of the belt to the bottom of the belt . I hope this helps .
