The sense of speed is exceptional, control great, and best of all it gives you more of a sense of being an F1 driver than anything else currently available. Additionally it allows you the freedom to jump directly into any of the cars, select one or a full season's-worth of tracks/courses, and begin racing -- great when you aren't looking to get the full experience of the Career mode. This title is clean, runs great, has good graphics with accurate environments that aren't cluttered, and you get to enjoy some of the best race tracks in the world, all over the world. If you are someone who enjoys the challenge of perfecting your driving tenths or hundreths of a second at a time, corner by corner, track after track, changing a substantial number of options on your car bit-by-bit (or take advantage of a feature that simplifies making changes), and not only understand that a "Simulation" attempts to replicate the real-world counterparts but you also thrill at the thought of getting a chance to test your mettle in a software simulation that gets you as close to driving one of those actual 2011 F1 cars as you can, then "F1 2011" is it. But to get the most out of a sim of this quality you should have at least a steering wheel / pedals combo such as the Logitech G27 or similar that has the shift paddles on the wheel, and maybe even a seat frame, etc. This is a thoroughly enjoyable simulation that will provide endless hours of high-speed, high-thrills, enjoyment, and is well worth the price.
