This BCAA supplement has the 2:1:1 ratio for amino acids, which my research indicated was the best. I took one full scoop during my workouts and one full scoop with my protein shake after working out. I did notice that I recovered well from some intense weight training and cardio sessions, and I did put on a bit of muscle while taking the product. (Although I should give credit to a healthy, clean diet and intense workouts in addition to supplementing with this BCAA product.) The strawberry-kiwi flavor tastes good, but it did take me a few days to get used to the flavor. It's sweet, but not overpowering. I also tried the mango flavor (from a friend) and thought it was the better of the two available.
