Used the template that came with it to mark all my holes. And it installed easily. I’m a locksmith so I ha e installed devices that are as much as 1200 dollars. For the money this is a decent unit and I liked that it uses Thru bolts to connect the outside lever trim. That adds a ton of strength to the installation.
