Can this be classed as a co wash ?

Hi, I would say no. Co-wash is very gentle cleanser or just a conditioner. I bought this as it has disodium EDTA which gets rid of hardwater buildup on the hair. I use this every 3-4 washes as a thorough cleanse, and co-wash in between.

does the shampoo have a strong scent?

No it doesn’t. It’s quite a pleasant sweet smell not strong at all

Does it cause dandruff?

The first bottle my wife got didnt, however after the second the bottle she cancelled the subscription as the consistency was different from the first bottle recieved and made her head itchy and left her with dandruff.

Does this foam like a shampoo?

Not by itself, its a bit odd, but I stick my head under water really fast and then it does more.
