But white has it's place. For one thing it's great for blending and making custom colors. More economical that way too. Let's say you have a large project and want a mid to light shade of blue. Can't find one you like? Or the one you like only comes in 2oz. blocks? Easy solution. Buy  Sculpey Premo Art Clay, Ultramarine Blue Hue , mix a little at a time with the White Sculpey to achieve the desired lighter blue that you want. Voila! A large amount of the perfect blue.Happy crafting! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Clay for Making Toddler Hand Print Christmas Ornaments *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2016* I'm not a polymer clay sculpter or enthusiast. I just wanted to make two hand print ornaments with my toddlers this year for Christmas. The clay shipped quickly. It was a little hard out of the package but with the warmth from my hands and a bit of kneading, it softened and was workable. The 8 oz. block was perfect and made two ornaments with just a little bit left over. It took quite a bit of pressure and pressing to get my toddlers' hand prints deep enough to show all the details. But once we achieved it, all the details including fine fingerprints were captured. it was easy to bake in the toaster oven to set. I placed them on a foiled lined try and baked as instructed (I did turn the temperature down a little lower than recommended because I read online that the white clay can brown when heat is too high) for about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm very happy with the clay and the ornaments we made. The kiddos had a lot of fun making them.
