Review: I love my Comfee Ninja Beast - That's what I call it bt, my Ninja Beast. I love it!! I was very skeptical buying a compact mini washer like this. I spent months in searching, reading reviews and specs. I didn't know anyone who had one like this. My neighbor has one that has the dual tub and I didn't understand the concept of those and felt as if those were more work in the long run. I needed a washer, I was tired of having to go to the laundry mats with the virus. I was tired of tip toeing around my other neighbors laundry room late at night (she said I was always welcome to use, not a problem, but I didn't want to inconvenience the other neighbors in case they weren't keen on the idea, a respect thing). But it would eat my quarters and late at night just felt uncomfortable at times, not to mention sleepy. So I eventually gave in to the idea and after months of my research, even months of sitting on this exact model, I caved. Delivery was on time and prompt. The delivery guys had to bring it up stairs, I felt bad, but I also knew that this wasn't too heavy, roughly 50lbs, 2 men, they got this. They even offered to bring it through my door for me but my balcony was the perfect place for it to be to unbox unwrap and dispose of it all right away. I struggled at first with the maneuverability, but I got a hang of it and although it still isn't that easy to move, it is easy enough (about to buy a portable washer dolly with legs, problem easily solved). The exterior of the machine was a surprise to me. I didn't expect it to be so sleek and sexy like lol. Good job Comfee on the colors and design of the exterior. Next up was the installation and im not joking here when I say a 2 year old could install it (Although, their strength isn't up to par with making sure those hoses are secured tight lol). I was so gidee to use this that I didn't even hesitate. Read the manual ✔ ran rapid load to clean out and check to see if it works ✔now for the real test, my fiances work clothes. So this is where some will have a problem. The tub is small, yes. But that is to be expected with a mini compact anything, right? I have played around with the combination of his work clothes. He's 6'2 and does sheet rock for a living so you can imagine he's not a tiny guy and his clothes aren't so clean at the end of the day. While I find myself having to do less amount of his clothes, including work pants, I don't mind because I am in the comfort of my own home and right now I have time. So I have found that doing his jeans and socks are a better combination vs mixing all if it because of the balance. Which is another amazing thumbs up to Comfee. If it goes crazy, and which it will if you do not load properly and not over load it, it shuts right off and beeps to warn you "hey, I need adjusting over here". Just adjust and press start. However, and this is why it's crucial to load correct capacity and properly because it starts over at the rinse cycle (which living in california is considered wasteful). But I pay attention, and if I hear it start to go off center during the restabilizing process (spin slowly, speed up, slow down, spin faster longer, speed up, slow down. It does this a few times to help stabilize the load in the tub on its own) I will simply press pause and adjust the clothes and press start and I do not have to worry about the water wasting. I have been able to clean queen sized bedding. A quilt, fitted sheets, top sheet and 4 pillow cases without issues. I just would recommend letting the water fill a bit first before putting the blanket in as it will help to bring the bulk of the quilt down, which helped me to not have to stabilize again. I can't wash the bigger fluffier blankets and items but that's okay. It cleans everything just fine and does it quietly. Sometimes I have to check to see if its spinning that's how quiet it is. I can hear my ac unit, which is outside obviously, more from the furthest room in the house vs the washer. Clothes come out pretty dry, damp of course, but not sloppy damp or soaked still. I hang dry, always have, as it preserves the fabrics as well conserves energy. I know, im a total Californian. All in all I love it!!! This washer is definitely energy efficient. I wanted to see a few bills first before I determined that it was or wasn't energy efficient for me and my living quarters etc etc. I consider myself a decent energy conserver as I was brought up to be mindful of my use as a child as well as, Hey California! So I don't do laundry during peak hours, especially during summer. I use cold water, and I try to pay attention to the weather report and outside temp. If it's going to be a 100 or higher that means my ac is getting full priority that day and is not a laundry day. Honestly, this machine has hardly affected my bill. So keep in mind that being energy efficient doesn't mean you don't have to be mindful of all the other things that use power. It means that with the proper knowledge and steps, it can, will, and is energy efficient. Would I recommend??? Absolutely!!! 100 times over I'd recommend. It's a ninja, and a beast in one™️. It's Comfee
Review: This washer is little but mighty! - This little guy has been great! Granted it doesn’t hold a tremendously large amount of clothing, but it certainly holds a fair amount according to what would be expected of a mini automatic washer. It won’t handle the type of loads a standard washer would and shouldn’t be expected to- - it’s a MINI washer. But in knowing that when I decided to make the purchase, my only worry was if it would actually do a good job washing and wouldn’t be a product I’d regret buying. Welp, I’m definitely not disappointed! Let me try to give you a realistic idea of what it’s able to handle; it will handle 4 pairs of heavy Levi 511’s and wash clean with no problem, and that’s a pretty heavy load considering the weight of wet jeans + the water level practically filled to the top. The spin dry cycle is fantastic as well! Another example is that I typically use the little washer for my work uniforms which are scrub tops and bottoms and I’ll usually throw 3 sets in at a time. The washer does fine handling the load. Gets them looking and smelling nice and clean! I believe it can handle a 4th set, but I prefer not to test it’s full capacity for the simple fact I don’t have $250 to just throw around ya know. So I’d rather follow the guidelines laid out in the manual and hope the washer continues to work well for a few years at least. Anyhoo, to sum things up, it’s a great little washer, it works well and gets the job done. It was priced well and I’m happy with it! I unscrew the shower head hose from its outlet and connect the washer inlet hose to the shower head hose outlet for the water supply. I have the drain hose fastened with a zip tie along the body of the backside of the washer so that the drain hose is raised above the height of the washer itself and then secured the drain hose at the bend with a hook which then keeps the end of the drain hose in place and able to withstand the force of the water exiting the hose where it drains right into the tub safely! Once I’ve finished washing, I easily disconnect the water inlet from the shower outlet, leaving one end still connected to the washer’s water inlet, simply roll the hose up and hang it on a Velcro fastener I installed on the back of washer where it stays when not in use. I have the power cord connected to a serge protector multi-plug outlet. The set-up has been great and I’m a happy customer! Happy washing

## Questions & Answers

**Q: The water hose doesn’t fit my faucet. Can I manually put water in it and how please?**

(BBB A+ Accredited Business)

**Q: Does this have a spin dryer in it?**
A: It does have a great spin dry your clothes will be around 70% dry u will still need a dryer or will have to hang out to dry

**Q: what is the return policy if damaged or defective?**
A: Mine arrive damaged. Entire top glass lid was shattered with glass everywhere in the packaging. I requested a return, and it took several days for UPS to pick it up. Then it took 10 days for Amazon to refund me the money (it sat in the return warehouse for 8 days). Also, I had to contact Amazon to request my refund because they didn't automatically refund my credit card as soon as it was picked up, nor as soon as it was delivered. I paid interest on my credit card for all of that. Pretty inefficient.

**Q: Can I hook it up to a regular washer hookup?**
A: Yes. Your hose without the sink adapter is 3/4 inch female connection, and without the sink adapter fits onto the input of the washer. Chances are, your faucet hookups are also 3/4 inch female connections. You will need to buy both a Y-Hose, where there two ends hook into the faucets, and an adapter for the washing machine to connect the Y-Hose to, as the single input is designed for a bigger washing machine and is NOT 3/4 inch female connection. Once all connected, you still have to control the temperature by adjusting the input from the faucets, just like you would connecting it to a sink.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful and Great!
*by J***R on March 21, 2025*

Edit: January 27, 2026: clean clothes abound! Still no issues, still washing great! Haven’t had an accidental spill since I learned what to do and how to use it. Can’t recommend it enough! Edit: May/2025: still working GREAT! It’s probably paid for itself already, but I did have a leak in my kitchen sink so my apartment people put a new faucet in and now I’m unable to use the kitchen sink because the connections aren’t right. No worries, however! I was able to take my shower head/hose in along with the hose of the washer to my local hardware store and they found the correct fitting for me to hook them up that way so I’m able to wash again, just in the bathroom instead of the kitchen. A much smaller space, so that con is all on me. I’ve done quite a few loads and it’s still washing away and working great! Original review: This machine is a little beast! I delivered it to my grandpa’s house, which means I had to load it up into my car to get to my place, and that took two people. Getting it out and into my apartment took another two people, so make sure you have some help or some extra super strong muscles to move this thing on your own. Especially up and down stairs, as the box (which I tried cutting hand-holds into without success because it ripped) is awkward. I did order the dolly which was suggested to buy with it and I am glad I did. I would never be able to maneuver this thing around my apartment without wheels. As for the washing part: Extremely easy to set up. I did have a little trial-and-error with connecting it to my kitchen sink; the pressure would build and pop the connector piece off of the actual faucet. I noticed the “spout” on my sink had threads, so I took the spray-head off the spout and connected it that way, and to my surprise it worked. My fingers did get a little chopped up from having to tighten it (it still leaks slightly) so make sure you have a tool to help you tighten it down, but got through a couple of washes without the pressure forcing it off the faucet. I made the mistake already of not putting the drain hose over the sink, so my kitchen floor got a nice and deep unintentional clean lol. Only make that mistake once, and I’m sure you will remember like I did. As for the draining itself, it’s amazing. I’m so used to using a small 10lb Kuppet machine that I had to manually fill with water from my shower head, drain with a gravity drain, and then move the clothes by hand into the spinner which only fit half of the load at a time, so having a machine that does all the work in one go for me is grand. The water moves fast through the hose, and it took a bit of finagling to get the hose just right on the edge of my sink, but I do not fear it coming loose. I did try letting it drain into a 5 gallon bucket, but even the small load takes more than 5 gallons of water, so if you’re planning on draining that way, grab at least two or three Homer buckets. I was able to get a good 4 heavy hoodies in the ‘med’ load size (which I used for my first load to see how it did) and I absolutely could have fit more clothes in. I did about 20 garnments in the wash today (see the attached picture for two loads) and could have probably pushed it to 30 garnments and been fine. That’s two loads, people. MUCH more than what I’m used to. The con’s that I’ve found out as of now have been small. I need to play around more with the settings, but find everything works properly on the ‘wash, rinse, spin’/Medium/Cold/Heavy cycle. Button pressing does switch the settings, so before you hit start, make sure everything is where it needs to be. For some reason or another, the cycle washed and spun when I set it to a normal cycle, but didn’t do the rinse. It sat and drained for about 10 minutes without doing anything else, and acted like it was in a rinse cycle but didn’t have any water; the tub was just moving the clothes around dry, before I turned the power off and powered it back on, choosing just the ‘rinse and spin’ cycle to finish the load. So there are ways around it if the machine isn’t doing exactly what you want to do on the first setting. After today’s loads, it worked perfectly so I’m not sure if it was due to user error or something with the computer. It honestly could have been something I did. The spin cycle gets the clothes mostly dry. I put them on a clothes drying rack and about two hours later were able to fold them and put them away. As of right now, I do not feel the need to invest in one of those small portable dryers, as I’ve read it takes two hours to dry with those anyway. I live in a small-ish apartment (630 SqFt), and though this washer does take up a little bit of space, I plan on using it as my laundry hamper. I’ll throw my dirty clothes in at the end of the day, and when it gets to a proper load size, I’ll just wheel the machine out from where I’m keeping it in my bedroom and into the kitchen, do the wash, and put the machine away. I’m estimating it’ll be about twice a week, which is perfect for me. I mostly wear scrubs and leggings and t-shirts, so I don’t have many heavy or bulky loads to do, and it’ll save me some space with getting rid of my laundry baskets! This machine is very quiet. I couldn’t hear it from outside my apartment door, or outside from the sidewalk with my windows wide open. I even had music playing and still had to check to make sure everything was running because I thought a couple of times it had shut off. I think this machine is absolutely great and a huge step up from my little Kuppet that I’ve been using since 2018. It feels very well made, nothing cheap about it, even with the hoses that come with it. There’s not much I would change about it, except maybe find a way to make it a little lighter. If I ever need to get it out of my apartment again, I will definitely need some help. I’ll update in the future if anything about my review changes, but as of now I highly recommend it, especially for the price point! In total, my order came to about $380 including the dolly. If you can get it cheaper than that, you’re getting a STEAL!
