Review: More Reliable and efficient than Bambu Labs nozzle thermal paste! :D - I don't like that when I need thermal paste for my Bambu nozzles, I need to to buy a bare nozzle. I have many X1C nozzles for spare parts I figured out how to refurbish with the help of a lighter and tweezers. All of these nozzles needed new thermal paste, especially stuff that doesn't dry out. I decided to try this stuff. This paste is actually more efficient and reliable that Bambu's paste for their nozzles! I have had so fewer print problems by the nozzle temp being in consistent. Also, the Bambu stuff turns to powder and is super thin. Not this stuff. I can goop up the nozzle to my heart's content for full coverage under the heating element. Something great to note, when this stuff heats up, it almost glues the element to the nozzle for a full complete seal and contact to the nozzle! :D This stuff is great and well worth the price. My only gripe is that I wish that it came in a tub rather in a syringe because the stuff will explode out the end on your first try with a new one, and then when you take the ejected paste and put it back in the syringe, you have to make sure the pusher seats without it exploding again in that sitting. When you open up a used tube to get the paste out, it always comes out super fast and every time I have done this, too much comes out and I have to put it back in, what I can save.
Review: Worth it. - It is easy to apply and it goes a long way, I use it to install any nozzle on my machines. It also easily cleans up with water and is inert so getting it on your hands is perfectly safe. It really does improve heat transfer just like thermal paste on a cpu is needed for the heatsink to work, but heatsink thermal grease cannot handle the higher Temps in a 3d printer nozzle. I have noticed a bump in extrusion rate on every machine I have used this on.

**Q: How can this not be electrically conductive but have water in it as another answer that was given, the 2 contradict each other?**
A: That's a great question! Once the Boron Nitride Paste has been heated to 100 °C, the water evaporates and all that is left is the paste. Usually, computer components do not reach this high of a temperature, so the water inside the initial mixture will not evaporate.

**Q: Is this more of an 'adhesive' by chance? i'm looking for a tidier way to keep water cooling blocks on my nema-17 steppers in 80c air, and love bn .**
A: Once the Boron Nitride Paste is dried, it is hardened which makes it act as a weak adhesive. It would probably not be the best idea to use it to keep water cooling blocks attached to a stepper motor.

**Q: Can this be used as cpu thermal paste? if not, why not?**
A: It is not recommended to use our Boron Nitride Paste as CPU thermal paste as our Boron Nitride Paste contains water. A proper thermal grease would be a better option for this use case.

**Q: I need a thermal paste to connect a thermostat cutoff switch to the outside of an oil heating (500 deg F) popcorn kettle.  Will this work?**
A: Slice Engineering Boron Nitride Paste is a thermal paste for improving conduction. We do not recommend that it be used as an adhesive.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been missing out for a long time!

I ordered this for an all metal upgrade on a cheap bed slinger, but going to use this on every printer I've got going forward! Inititially, I bought this due to stringing after replacing the heatbreak with PTFE tubing down to the nozzle. I was a bit skeptical, but after filling the heater block (heater cartridge, thermistor, nozzle), as well as the heatsink chamber on the cold side my printer heats up faster and maintains temperature much better! The stringing is gone now, although I did have to make some adjustments - no fault of this paste though. This stuff truly works miracles. My only complaint is the tube it comes in, I tried to push as lightly as possible, but each time it builds up pressure until it shoots all over. Be careful if you haven't used it before, I used up 1cc on a single printer, but there was enough waste for probably 5 more! If you own a 3D printer, you need this!
