Over time, under rears and after AZ temps the webbing stretched and lost its elasticity. Thus, the chairs sagged when sat in and would need assistance from an upholstery shop or...a DIY project. Thus, I ordered the binding tool kit and it worked as if the chairs were new again. Great support again and over time these bindings will not lose their elasticity like the webbing that came with the chair. This binding tool kit made the job very easy and I am very pleased. Did cost me money for this project BUT when I considered what it would have cost me to outsource this project then there is no question, this was the way to go. I may not need this tool for this same job again but I am going to HD to pick up some 10' pieces of PVC and I will bind them and then mount them up on the rack on the top of my car. Will not have a worry about the pieces flopping in the wind and breaking. This tool may come in very handy over time.
