Only the small Phillips screwdriver is magnetic, the tri wing screwdriver is not. If you just hold the tri wing next to the Phillips right before using it though, it will give the tri wing enough magnetic power to help it hold the screws while you remove them, just be gentle.The opener (similar to a guitar pick) is perfect for gently removing the cover, the prying tool for removing the battery and battery connection, the spudger for lifting the clip that holds the ribbon cable in place, and the tweezers for removing the old, and installing the new ribbon cable.They are not Snap On or Klein grade tools, but they are very well made and solid for the task at hand and will last for the foreseeable future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what you need for a good price *by H***T on February 1, 2025* This kit had everything I needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fix your drift *by C***I on November 16, 2021* Great kit to have for any Nintendo user.I've been looking around for the cheapest set that could be used to open my joycons and my 3DS and this appeared to be a great option for a good price with some extra tools incase I needed them. I fix my drift with it and I was able to swap out a component on my old 3DS I just had not bothered getting too because I didn't have the tools.Great set, good quality. You might want to get a smooch of WD-40 on the palm spinner at the very end though because on some of them they squeak, but really the sweaking doesn't matter so much when you're only planning to be fixing a joy-con with drift and then done with it.
