ATG Men's Reinforced Utility Pants

I bought a pair of these for winter hiking. There are pros and cons to these pants but otherwise they do exactly what I bought them for. Here are my thoughts! As I said, I needed something to both keep me warm and to protect me from the elements. This does both of those things for me and I have worn them both around town and on some hiking trips (most notably in the Smoky Mountains). These are very warm pants. I tried to wear these on a warmer Tennessee day and that was not a great idea! That being said, I've always stayed warm wearing these in colder weather. Just a small tradeoff. Also, I normally would wear 32/29, but Wrangler doesn't offer that so I always buy from them 32/30 instead. This is normally okay for the most part except these seem to be extra long! They even fold under my shoes while I'm walking. The only time I ever got them to stay up is when I was at work and wearing my boots. I get that you want more fabric to block the wind and protect me from the elements, but this is way too much. It makes me wish they had a 32/28. Speaking of size, it's also a bit wide even by Wrangler standards. I have Wrangler jeans for work that are 32/30 and will stay up even without a belt, but when I went hiking in the mountains I forgot my belt once, and they kept sliding down! What's weird is that sometimes it fits and sometimes it doesn't, but I don't know if that's the pant's problem or if that's me actually getting wider/narrower throughout the day, but this is the only pair of pants that has done this to me. With the negatives out of the way, here's all the positives... Extraordinarily sturdy! I accidentally slipped on a cliff and smashed my knee into a sharp tree stump once, it didn't even scratch my pants! It washed right out (and I'm okay). The pockets are small but plentiful. My phone (Galaxy S10+) with a case will barely fit in the side pocket, but it does indeed fit. And the materials seem sturdy. Fits great with boots! Maybe not so much with small shoes like I prefer, but then again that isn't what the pants are made for so I can't bring myself to lower the rating for it. Overall, I have already went and recommended this pair to my friends. It's not to be confused with their lightweight "plastic" outdoor gear, this is for someone who is serious about the outdoors and wants something more like jeans but even tougher. I personally enjoy the color, style, and comfort of it too!

Good work pants. Tough material that has little to no stretch, but still fairly comfortable for working in construction and priced good for the durability. Maybe a little tight in the waist with my normal size but probably due to my other pants having a little more flexibility. Might need to move up a size but I’d rather keep my pants up than be too loose.

These fit nice in my usual size. I've been working in them for 2 years now (4 seasons yard work x2, snow removal, yard maintenance, tree cutting, splitting, hauling, gardening). Although faded now, they've held up without tears or rips. Keep in mind these are the REINFORCED (JACKSON) ATG pants, not like the cheaper ATG pants that rip when you look at them wrong.

Great pair of pants. Love these. Paid 25 bucks for them last year, don't pay 50. The price will come down in the next couple of months. 50 bucks is laughable.

These pants are overall great. They're durable, comfortable, and fit true to size. My only con is that the rear pockets are placed high, and when I sit with my wallet in my back pocket, all my cards get bent. I still plan on getting more in the future. The one thing I think is important to mention, is that the waist measurement is pretty exact, and not stretchy at all. If you might be slightly larger than your preferred waist measurement, order a size up for sure.

These are my favorite work pants. Will be ordering more. Material is durable, double knees, pockets are great. The thing that I like better than carhartt and other brands is the fit on these. They fit a little better and look a bit more stylish than most other work pants but still hold up.

True to size, nicely reinforced in all the right areas, zipper pocket for iPhone or other necessities. These also have an elastic feel to the material that is also rip resistant for those tough jobs that I encounter as a construction worker.

I have two pairs of these now and love them. They look great and are really well made with enough stretch to make them really comfortable. Despite coming from Amazon USA they arrived in about a week. Great that they offer a short leg length.

Bought these for my husband for work and we love them!! By far the best work pants he has owned. Very comfortable, and have a really nice fit.

It fit like a glove and despite the fabric being durable, it's flexible enough for work.
