I used to buy the big bag, but the individual packets are best for me. I love the flavor of the shake and add frozen fruit to it or fresh fruit. I have lost weight on this shake and my family sees a huge difference when I don't drink it. I need the nutrients in the shake and whatever is in it keeps me going. I teach 8-9 classes of Zumba a week and need this shake every morning - I do not feel satisfied if I don't have it. Burning 800 calories with Zumba; add walking, piloxing, pound and other exercise - I need the nutrients. It is not going to make you skinny - you have to do the work as well.I have tried other shake mixes and the taste is just awful - this is the only one I can drink.
