The distance range is about half a mile. **Q: Does this come with a controller?** A: If by “controller” you mean transmitter, then yes it does. **Q: can it flys upside down?** A: It will not fly upside down. This is a fixed pitch helicopter, for upside down flight you would need a collective pitch model such as the Blade Nano S3. **Q: Whats the best battery for longer flight time?** A: E-flite sells a 750mah battery which I heard gives about 10min of run time. First hell and zero sim time. 1st flight I let off the throttle too high and is smacked on the concrete from about 10 feet, broken tail boom and tail fin and rotar. 10$ fix and haven’t broken anything else after 50 flights and about 5 crashes, 1 into a tall Oak tree. Overall I’m satisfied and will keep flying till I’m solid.
