Is the svs prime bookshelf speakers usa made?

No, designed in the USA but made in China.

These are Bluetooth compatible?

Thanks for your question. The SVS Prime Bookshelf Speakers are not Bluetooth capable nor are they self-powered. The SVS Prime Wireless Powered Speaker System is Bluetooth enabled to permit hand held devices to stream to the speakers. World Wide Stereo is 40 years old and a proud authorized SVS dealer.

Do the speakers come with the protective grill for the front?

hello, yes they do since they are bookshelf speakers and not monitors. Companies will often show the speakers with the grill off for presentation purposes only.
