Review: Toothpicks don't fit at all! - I dont often review, however I have built alot of these wooden gear models (mainly by ugears) and as much as the end result of this is okay it has alot if flaws. The wood trick models for some reason are higher priced than many others but do not be tricked into thinking this means better quality, I found the wood in this model to split easier, have alot of burrs when removing pieces and my biggest issue is that none of the toothpicks provided where usable (i used spares from other sets) It is alot smaller than I imagined, it works fine but certain parts don't feel of great design, for £50 I feel ripped off by wood trick and will not be buying there models again

**Q: Does it come with Glue**

A: Sometimes there are extra parts on the last sheet.  Otherwise contact Wood Trick customer service.

**Q: car did not come with instructions in english to put together**
A: Not sure I fully understand your question but directions to build the car are mostly detailed pictures. There is legend at the beginning of the instructions that tells you what to do at different steps. Point is as they say “a picture is worth a thousand words”.

**Q: I'm worried about the rubber bands. Do they last a while? Rubber bands loose their stretch and go bad after a while. Can these bands be replaced?**

I dont often review, however I have built alot of these wooden gear models (mainly by ugears) and as much as the end result of this is okay it has alot if flaws. ### ⭐ dry elastic bands

Unfortunately, the elastic bands supplied in this kit are dry and cracking. When placed under tension they snap. This means I can not complete the build until I find replacement bands. I have contacted the company Wood Trick via their website. They promise to resolve issues within 24 hours. No reply after 3 days!! EDIT: I've now contacted them three times in a week, no response AT ALL so far. I will update this review if/when I do get this sorted out. EDIT 2: I've had a response from Wood Trick, and they have shipped out, and I've now received replacement bands. Will update once more when I've tried them in the build. EDIT 3: No good I'm afraid. As I had problems with the original set of bands. The friction fit of the dashboard would no longer hold. This caused issues later in the build when it came time to fit the roof and windscreen. Ultimately the subframe snapped from repeated attempts to get the dashboard sitting properly. The whole thing has gone in the Bin.
